"I woke up with 7 distinct bites on my neck and legs. Despite the physical evidence, management has been incredibly dismissive and rude. ​I have fresh welts across my body. When I reported this, staff (Ebony) tried to claim they were just "old scars." This is incredibly insulting—I know my own body, and these appeared overnight. ​My travel companion is a former professional exterminator and confirmed the signs in the room point to bed bugs. Management completely ignored this expert opinion. ​A man and a woman came to "inspect" the bed but never identified themselves or their titles. I was later told "Josh" (the manager) looked at the room, but he never actually spoke to me or showed me a professional inspection report. They refused to move us to a different room or provide any viable solution. They were rude and dismissive of a serious health concern that could lead to me bringing an infestation back to my home. This hotel has a major hygiene problem and even worse customer service. They do not care about guest safety and will gaslight you rather than help. Save yourself the bites and the stress—stay somewhere else. "

"The hotel is extremely aesthetically pleasing. I didn’t look at many photos before booking so I was very surprised. The person that completed the interior design should receive an award. The rooms were clean, the staff was friendly, and the hotel is in a perfect location nearby countless restaurants and bars. This was my first trip to Savannah and I’ll definitely stay at this property when I visit again. Thank you for your hospitality. "

"Late night check-in was smooth and attendant was very pleasant and efficient. We mistakenly booked for a cilities were clean. Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Plenty of towels and toiletries. "

"Took a minute for someone to come and check us in, but it was late and she was super friendly. Room was great, clean and comfy. Nice to have a kitchenette. Only issue was parking. Lot behind the hotel was full. We were told to park in the garage and they texted us a code so we wouldn’t be charged. At first the garage screen said $30 due so we scanned the code again and it charged us $26. We ended up paying bc there were several cars behind us waiting to leave. Not sure if this was a mistake or if we had to be out by a certain time (if so, we weren’t told that) but it was annoying after paying the hotel $30 for parking! Aside from that and a very rowdy bar area (weekend before Saint Patrick’s Day, so understandable)…the room was nice, the hotel was interesting (loved hearing about the history!) and the front desk ladies were super nice. Would stay again if parking was resolved. "

"Great location in Savannah for sightseeing and public parking at nearby garage (Liberty Street, I think). The hotel was very crowded because of the St. Patrick’s Day celebration in town, so elevators, breakfast, etc. were crazy busy. "
