"My stay was okay. The property was very clean. I did worry a bit about the security. As a single woman traveling alone I found two things which stood out 1) the entrance to the property was very dark upon my arrival (I notified Richard that I would be arriving after midnight.). A lit porch light would have relieved some of my anxiety. 2). The bedroom window was unlocked and opened upon arrival. Other than that the stay was comfortable. "Close to Churchill Downs, expo, Cardinals bb Field, liquor store, grocery and restaurants. Zoo 10 minute drive. Street parking, back porch/yard. Great kitchen (but we didn't use it). We weren't there but to sleep. Neighborhood felt safe, the people we met when walking were very nice. We will return for another trip and hopefully stay here again."
