"Initial impression upon entering the property is very positive, pleasing to the eye. The view of the Ohio is very satisfying. A generous kitchen and great room make the stay so enjoyable. A very large screen TV that can be easily viewed from anywhere in the kitchen or great room. The internet connection allows for your streaming pleasure. That was easy. Bedrooms were adequate and comfortable. The Bathroom is a generous size with a shower and lavatory. Bathroom is well stocked to provide you with most all of the basic essentials. A washer and clothes dryer is offered, I however did not use them. The big deck allows for the comfortable viewing of the river. I hope a solution for all the stink bugs can be applied here.A fully stocked kitchen makes for a good place to gather for a home cooked meal with the family. All the rest of the accomodations were very good. All this, and it is affordable. I hade an enjoyble time here. Thank you. "

"It’s a nice Lake house, very short distance to the water. It’s stocked with pretty much everything you need, dishes, pots and pans, utensils, dishwasher, washer and dryer, etc. The host was friendly and responded very fast. Even the neighbors were friendly. I’d stay again. "

"We had 15 ladies and plenty of room. The beds were great. The only issue was the spiders and spider webs out on the deck, but the wonderful view of the River made up for that. We will definitely consider staying here again."

"Wonderful views of nature from the deck, screened-in porch, and all the rooms of the house, really, especially from the living room with its big windows. There's a nice walking trail going down to the water. The house was very nice with contemporary touches such as an electric fireplace, dual shower, and live-edge wood furniture. The kitchen had everything we needed and the bed was comfortable. I recommend this place and would stay here again."
