"The cabin was perfect for our family vacation (myself, husband, daughter and dog). Ample room to relax, watch TV and eat dinner. I enjoyed my coffee every morning in the sunroom looking at the lake."

"It’s a beautiful place and has everything you could need! Pots and pans, dishes, washer and dryer! Plus they have a canoe, a paddle boat and some kayaks. It does, however, smell quite musty so we went and bought air purifying spray. There are fans in every room (that were dusty) but there is no air conditioning so it was a bit warm. The place was clean but there were a lot of little bugs that were dead up high on the walls and a lot of cobwebs between the windows and the screens. Could just use a good deep cleaning I think. I would definitely recommend this place though! And will most likely be booking here again in the future"

"Lisa is a great host. The place was super clean and is a great central spot to stay if you want to travel around the U.P. We had an issue where the pilot light went out on the hot water and her husband was there ASAP to fix it. Good pizza at the store as well"

"The house was immaculately clean! Cute and comfortable with the nature theme throughout the house. However, some cons to this place was the amount of goose fecal matter throughout the grass to the lake, a silhouette animal (near the water or fire pit may suffice to deter the geese). Also, one other thing my family and I noticed, was some type of teenie-tiny bugs/mites on the back porch. Annoying to say the least, but beyond these little setbacks the place, property and amenities were fantastic. Very fun times with the kayaks on-site and wonderful lake views for breakfast or dinner watching the sunrise/sunset."
