"We had an excellent stay at Hush Lodge and Cottages this Victoria long weekend. We had a room in the lodge with a king size bed. It was so spacious! It was wonderful to have a large room with a table and chairs, a couch and large TV. Our room and bathroom was IMPECCABLY clean and modern. There was so much thought put into the details in our room like plenty of towels, plates and cutlery, bottles of water, a tea kettle and coffee pot, a mat for shoes, so much more. The area is beautiful with trees and a lake. Very quiet in our room with no noise from passing cars or other guests. Keyless entry was explained very well with no issues. My text messages were answered promptly and professionally. Only 11 minutes to town it’s a scenic drive to the Lodge. The best part is how comfortable the king mattress is! I absolutely would recommend staying here and we will definitely be back when we return to Barry’s Bay. Thank you for a memorable visit!"

"I had an amazing stay at this cottage! The newly made house was not only beautiful but also thoughtfully equipped with everything we needed. View was amazing as it was right behind the lake, property was clean and pristine. The owner went above and beyond with the little details—there were books and games for both adults and kids, plus fun outdoor activities like a paddle board, canoe, and life jackets, extra blankets, gym, office desk and extra fan. Inside, we found all the essentials, from cutlery to toiletries, and the big TV with streaming entertainment apps was a nice touch for relaxing evenings. The location is stunning with sunrise view, a lovely beach just a 5-minute walk away, and the lake water was clean and refreshing. By the dock there were swimming equipments for kids as well such as tubes and watergun. The owner was incredibly kind, communicative, and made sure we felt right at home. We really appreciated the thoughtful touches, We'll definitely be coming back!""

"We had a lovely stay at this cottage. The lake was beautiful. We enjoyed the paddle boat, but no time to canoe this stay. At this time of year there were no neighbours which added to the peace and quiet. We were 15 minutes to Barry's Bay and 6 minutes to Madonna House. The interior was very comfortable from the couch and loveseat to the beds. The appliances worked great and we enjoyed making wings in the Ninja. We didnt get a chance to build a fire in the fire pit. Our host was quick to reply to our question such as where to leave the garbage. Our two service dogs had lots of room to play fetch and go for a swim. We would highly recommend this host and cottage to anyone. "

"Beautiful property with lots of trees and fresh air. Beds were comfortable and lots of indoor space to relax. Clean and well kept property. Lots to do and see in the area. Would definitely recommend for an escape from the city."
