"A really friendly pub - the staff and owners were genuinely the friendliest I’ve ever found at a hotel. We had a lovely double room, which was really quiet and had loads of space. Breakfast was delicious - we had English breakfast, which is all sourced locally and cooked to order (definitely worth it). We also had dinner in the pub on evening - again, all locally sourced and better than many restaurants. The inn is very well located between Ross on Wye and Hereford, with lots of walks, gardens and villages around. Would highly recommend! "

"Very much liked the Olde Worlde aspect of the hotel. Room and bed were comfortable. Hotel plumbing could benefit from an upgrade. The shower and bath were difficult to operate and the water was very slow running. However, water into the hand basin was fine. We felt the menu for evening meals wasn't very inspiring. The breakfast buffet was good and we were able to order gluten-free options including bread. Overall a very nice stay and would recommend."
