"A nice, clean hotel. Very quiet and peaceful. Friendly and approachable staff. Meals were very generous, filling and delicious! Breakfast was a mix of continental and cooked so it set us up for the day. Would love to come back."

"We were upgraded to the an apartment which was incredible. We had a lot of space. The rooms were lovely. Kitchen had coffee, tea, chocolate and biscuits. The staff during breakfast were very attentive and made sure we enjoyed our breakfast. Would certainly recommend and we will be back. "

"Excellent staff, without exception they were polite, professional and smiled! This is an old building so the room (14) had lovely old beams and views across the forest. Plenty of parking, easy check-in with welcoming receptionist"

"Cloe the deputy manager was awesome! We had a medical event & she absolutely owned it! Rang 111 with us, relayed info,organised taxi to ED,showed that extra genuine care by sending us with water and biscuits, made sure the night porter knew we would need access & checked in with us in the morning extending check out without us asking! She did all this with professionalism and respect and led her team to give a seamless friendly & efficient service. Would recommend without hesitation and 5 stars!!"
