"Amazing first floor apartment in fantastic location - within a few steps of Arrecife''s beautiful historic waterfront (known as El Charco, with a terrific range of tapas bars & restaurants) but situated down a very quiet side street. Added bonus is the included underground car park for 1 car, with a lift to help unload the luggage - very unusual in El Charco! "Simple property, great value for money. Great sea views - both front and back of property. Easy walk to restaurants. Pool was lovely. Snorkelling in cove just next to the apartment was beautiful. Quick transfer from the airport - hire car not necessary. Owner met us at the apartment for check in and was able to provide flexibility for our early arrival. Only comment - lack of shade by the pool, a parasol would have been useful. There was no air conditioning but this wasn’t needed as the sea...
