The living-dining room is a bright and airy space, equipped with a large sofa and Smart TV. It has 1Gbps fibre WiFi connection, ideal for both leisure and teleworking.

The separate, classically designed kitchen has high-quality wooden furniture and large granite worktops. Its parallel layout makes it comfortable and easy to use. It is fully equipped with a dishwasher, microwave, Nespresso capsule coffee machine, kettle, toaster, juicer, extractor fan and a complete set of crockery.
