The Hotel has become quite old. There were water droplets on walls due to moisture. They dont provide stool to sit while bathing. which is must for elders. The AC is centralized but time to time it is not effective in cooling. only plus points are big room, hotel is in the main market. all ghats are within walking distance. so recommending this hotel to all

Excellent location (if you like being in middle of market). 7 mins walking to har ki pauri ghat and 10 mins to station. Hotel itself was A/C so very comfortable. Waiting area was comfortable. Rooms were spacious and bathroom was very good. Now the ugly part - no hot water...hotel provided adjoining room for taking bath and elevator was not working.

Comfortable, value-for-money place, in a great location right in the heart of Haridwar bazaar. Food in the restaurant was good, wifi was fast, big comfortable bedroom. Overall I would recommend, but there were 2 minor negatives; 1) Bed was rock-hard, even by India hotel standards, and 2) Staff were not particularly helpful or friendly

The hotel was clean and staff was co operative. It is in the heart of the city, close to all the shops and at a walking distance to har ki pauri. The food at the restaurant was also decent with good portion size.

Good Location and Helpful staff

Though tucked away in a small alley, it was easy to find and is located at walk-able distance from Har ki Pauri, local market where you can eat famous Haridwar street food and not that far from Railway Station either.

Close to Ghat -congested rd-car cant reach after 9

Overall functional hotel-clean and safe-but no frills.car cannot reach here post 9am so we had to put luggage on rickshaw and walk to reach. But if purpose is to visit Har Ki Pauri and experience ghats this is not bad place fr overnight stay. Dont expect luxury.
