"Where to start?! What an amazing experience from check in to check out. The hotel is beautiful. Rooms are spacious and clean. The ambiance is so relaxing with morning flute and beautiful river Ganga behind the hotel. The ghat is perfect for bathing. The nightly Ganga aarti is something you cannot miss. The staff goes above and beyond expectations. We arrived just around 5 pm and the staff quickly got us to Har Ki Pauri aarti. Food was fantastic. Chai was tasty. Special mention to Aashutosh and Disha for their kind attention. Hotel managers were available and ready to assist. Would definitely come back and recommend to anyone considering a trip to haridwar"

"Property was clean, staff was very respectful, however there were some issues; Power interruptions caused TV channels to go to default, the TV volume to high. When we arrived in the room TV was asking to recharge and put money in account, when we called the reception they said they will send someone soon but noone came. We found that the price charged by expedia was much more than what the room was being offered that day about 30% more. We asked some reasonable discount for our troubles like 10 to 20% on the room rate but they only offered 20% on food purchases "
