"We like the indoor family onsen and breakfast. The outdoor family onsen is abt 100 steps away. The staff are friendly and helpful. However facilities are a bit old and our room’s light was sort of broken and very dim at night."

"Good base for exploring area. Rooms are huge with great views. Kaseki dining in-room was excellent. Large indoor and small outdoor onsen provided variety. Helpful staff given we were probably the only non-Japanese staying there."

"Wing International Izumi is a simple Japanese-style hotel directly across a small plaza from the Izumi train station. The rooms are simple, but larger than most Japanese hotel rooms, and the breakfast is excellent. There is a good restaurant on the premises. My wife and I stayed here when visiting the famous Crane Observatory in the outskirts of Izumi. Our only complaint is that the rooms are only cleaned every third day, but that is getting to be a common practice now."

"Checking in and out was easy. They had someone to help you push your luggage to your room. If you love nature, the river next to the hotel has many birds. It was good to walk around that area too. The restaurant next to it has nice food too. "
