"Had a quick stay at the Fern near Kalyan, the property is clean and well managed. the only surprise was that they do not offer bell services or valet so you have to handle your luggage by yourself. The rooms are well kept and clean and the food in the room service was great too. "

"We stayed for 3 nights from 9th Oct 25. We found the hotel to be better than our expectation. The staff were very helpful. Saurabh in housekeeping deserves a special menton. The only area we found a little lacking was the food. We hope it will be better in our next trip . "

Rooms as booked not given and was tried to cheat by giving inferior room. Got the right after lot of hassle with the staff and lost 1.5 hours in the process 2. For checkout calls received at least 5 times which was very annoying 3. Food is costly (Suggestion: Better to book meal included plan as Buffet is good) "

"The food was excellent. The room we were in was adequate but not anything special in terms of a view. It was room 505. The lift can be slow when there are weddings going on so be patient. For the nightly rate Satkar is a good choice. The huge mall is not far and is worth checking out. "
