The staff who checked me in was very nice and very helpful over the process took an inordinately long time. They were confused about the kind of room I had booked and my request to be on the first floor.
I had to ask for extra towels and extra toilet paper the room was one of the dirtiest rooms I have ever seen in my eyes. There was pubic hair on the bedspread and in the shower area.
The building is being renovated so things should look better after that. I had a fridge and microwave in my room so that's a plus. Free wifi. For the price, the hotel was acceptable.
If you are looking for a low price and good location this is THE place to go. The staff was very friendly and the price was right. I don't care to pay for pools, gyms, breakfast, etc. When I travel I just like a place to crash in a good location and that's what you will get here.
I had read reviews and figured they must have fired what was needing attention. It was worse. Broken drawers. Not continental breakfast. No guest shampoo. Dirty smelling bedding. Carpet disgusting. Dank and dreary lobby , room and stairway to second floor carpeting worn and tired. Smelled like smoke and stale. No elevator.
The room smelled of cat urine. We had to get air freshner to spray every 5 minutes. There was no toilet paper in the restroom. The carpet is extremely dirty you had to wear your shoes till you got in bed.

weekend trip
Hotel was OK...receptionist was not pleasant and hard to understand. Neighborhood was run down and cops pulling lots of people over in the parking lot. Hotel relatively new...nothing flashly.

Ok to pass up
The hotel area was nice and the hotel it's self was ok. My husband and I were surprised by the smell of smoke in the hotel. The hotel should really desperate the non smoking and smoking rooms better. The bed was really stiff as well. We probably wouldn't stay here again but would stay in the city again.

Nice hotel near alot of activities
I had a nice stay and nothing to say badly about the staff friendly
Pleasant folks, clean room, noisy neighbors. I missed not having carpet on the floor, but, all in all, worth the money. TV channel guide card confusing.
