"Ein wunderschönes, luxuriöses Haus. Wir hatten ein Haus für 12 Personen. Hervorragende Betten und Schlafzimmer mit Badezimmern. Alles war sauber und gepflegt. Die Küche war bestens ausgestattet, mit schönem Geschirr usw. Auch die Inneneinrichtung des Hauses war hervorragend. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und haben eine wundervolle Nacht verbracht."

Bei der Ankunft wurde schnell klar, dass der Whirlpool nicht funktionierte und das Ferienhaus eindeutig für Hundebesitzer konzipiert war. Die Hundehaare auf dem Bett bestätigten dies. Nach Kontaktaufnahme mit Rezeption, Kundendienst und Dormio stellte sich heraus, dass Belvilla die volle Verantwortung für die Mängel übernahm. Belvilla bearbeitet unsere Beschwerde...

"We zijn nu halverwege ons verblijf van drie nachten op Resort De Hondsrug. Op zich is ons luxe huis prima uitgerust, maar door een stroomstoring van meer dan 24 uur (waar Belvilla natuurlijk weinig aan kan doen) hebben we een heel vervelende ervaring gehad. Ons meegebrachte Kerstdiner kon niet doorgaan en we konden ook nergens terecht. Contact met Belvilla was onmogelijk. Het is nu hersteld, maar we hebben tot nu toe nog niets vernomen, ook niet over compensatie. We wachten het af."
