"We were warmly received and the staff promised us some special surprise which turned out to be wonderful cake and card for my wife birthday. The hotel is well located our room clean and spacious. Breakfast was delicious with almost every variety catered for. Overall an excellent stay and a huge thanks to the reception team"

"This is literally the best hotel I’ve ever stayed in in Europe. It was very clean, and the front desk staff were superb! I was there for several days, and everyone had very professional and friendly customer service. There were also nice little things I didn’t expect, such as free glass bottles of water at the front desk every time I entered the hotel. They even had stamps for me to purchase for sending a postcard, and they put it in their morning mail for me. I decided not to include the breakfast because it was kind of spendy, but I decided to go one morning when it was convenient, and I really was blown away with the quality and variety of food and beverages available. They had everything! Even the scrambled eggs were fresh and delicious – not rubbery. I’ve stayed in a lot of hotels, and I can’t think of a single thing at this hotel that I would change. Plus, the location made it so easy to walk into the beautiful old town with tons of amazing restaurants (recommend Spot!). Save yourself some time and just book this hotel. You won’t regret it!"
