"First room window didn’t have a handle attached so you couldn’t close and lock the window. I raised at reception and fortunately they were able to move me to another room. The staff on reception were very nice and helpful. There’s plenty of parking around the back of the hotel and it’s free for hotel guests. Check-in process was quick, and Peter was on hand to answer any questions we had. The breakfast options were plentiful, and there was a lovely pub a short distance away for evening meals/drinks.
