"My partner and I stayed here for two nights over the long Easter weekend. We loved the space and it had everything we needed. We contacted Meg and Pete before booking and they were happy to accommodate a special request for us which was very kind as they did not have to. They were great hosts and super responsive. The apartment is decorated beautifully and there were thoughtful extra touches - the oat milk in the fridge alongside regular milk was particularly thoughtful. There is an air fryer...

"The apartment was nice, but I did not get apartment I booked and was not told before my stay because I booked the apartment with a bath and was given an apartment with a shower, I had trouble with openening and locking them as i found the catches were too small to open the door and I had to use 2 hands to open the main doors, one for the handle and one for the lock, I initially had trouble getting into the building because the door had a code and was not given instructions of how to use the code...

"There is no denying that this is a beautiful apartment which has been furnished to a high specification and we enjoyed our stay here. However due to COVID we were asked to check in 2 hours later so that the apartment could be "deep cleaned". We therefore didn't expect to find dirty cupboards, crockery and cutlery. We cleaned these ourselves but found Air Manage Suffolk very difficult to deal with. In addition, beware that the railway line and in particular the level crossing with it's very loud...

"Two - bed in bedroom is very high.we found it very hard as we two old ladies,toilet is very low so again hard to use.The door to get into the apartment is hard too turn ,we had to ask for help at times.we enjoyed our stay but for us it spoiled our holiday a bit."
