"Bill's place was exactly as shown online and the directions provided to the property were accurate. There were snacks and bottles of cold water available to us upon arrival and were very much appreciated after a long day of travel. The check-in process was very easy with the instructions provided by Bill. We found Bill's place to be very clean and we had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable with room darkening curtains in the bedroom. There was ample privacy and it was so quiet...

"I rented this home as a place friends & family could stay as well as the venue for my husband's 50th surprise party. It had everything my guests & myself could want. Lots of space to spread out while still allowing for large groups to gather. The teens loved the game room & movie theater. Fully stocked kitchen so you can cook anything you desire. The only drawback are all the stairs but us old folks managed just fine! Overall 5 star location & highly recommend."

"This house was very spacious indoors and the back lawn. We had 15 family members join us for a Davidson Graduation ceremony and there was plenty of space. We were also able to use the kayaks, play corn hole (already at the house), and grill out for a picnic. The fire pit was really fun at night! A great time was had by all! I do wish there were more bathrooms with the amount of people we had, but we made it work. I would highly reccomend this house for a large goup of people."

"We were looking for a long weekend to relax before a busy summer. This house was perfect! It was so comfortable. Along with my 13 year old twins, we had my parents with us. WiFi was available, but we spent the whole weekend playing board games and cards (surprising with teenagers) on the screened in patio. The lake is beautiful and the owner is so thoughtful. They had everything you needed available. We are already planning on returning."

"This was our first time to Lake Norman and will not be our last. Our family of five had one of our best vacations to date. Peaceful, clean, and safe. We enjoyed having dinner on the beautiful deck with a gorgeous view of the lake, taking the kayaks within the cove, and fishing off of the pier. Great memories were made!"
