"No hot water; we were told the gas had run out! Fabric on chairs was very dirty. TV remote was greasy and didn’t work properly. Bedside table was sticky and stained. Beds were comfortable and clean. Staff were apologetic but that doesn’t equate to good management."

"The room could have been better cleaned , shower was unavailable for two days as there was no hot water , after speaking to staff this was rectified. There is mould on and around the park , this was of concern to me as I’m allergic to mould . There was a leaking tap over the sink , staff were approachable ..."
