"Walked into a room with trash on the floor and in the trash can and keys on the desk as if someone was in the room. Was able to get a partial refund.. thankful for that at least. The hotel was on the older side and smelled like dust.. Overall not the best experience. "

"The first room I was in had a leaking toilet, so I switched rooms. This one had a floor that didn’t feel like the carpet was vacuumed thoroughly. Housekeeping comes through every 4 days. Room was comfortable and I felt safe traveling there by myself. Bedding, bathroom and kitchen were clean. It was just the carpet that was a little crunchy,"
