"The food itself was fine. The service was terrible. Waited 20 minutes for a table in an area where only 3 other tables were full and another 45 minutes for eggs and today. The carpet in the room wasn’t clean and there were stains on the lounge chair. The dryer door was broken but still functional. Overall not impressed with how much I paid vs what I got"

"The property was OK not well maintained in the rooms per what’s being charged per night. There was a man at the front desk during check-in that was very rude and unhelpful, but the lady that he was working with made the situation much better the staff in the bar area Were very helpful. Customer service oriented. The food was good. The cleaning of the rooms was upon request which, in my opinion for what is being charged per night, should be automatic maid service to come change bed linens, and sanitize the rooms."

"The gym equipment was not properly represented by the hotel. There was one big yoga room with one treadmill, right in the middle, and a bench. On the weight rack, three, yes 3, dumbells. It was disappointing to hear the management staff speak so highly of their setup. I suppose if you never had access to gym, this may be the normal and expected reaction, but, again, this was not a gym. The area surrounding the hotel is not safe and is rundown so if you're looking for an actual place to workout, stay somewhere else. I came down for breakfast on Sat and it was already closed at 9:45am. I complained to the staff and she said I missed the window as it closed at 9am. I reminded her it was Saturday and she said, "that's right! They they must have closed early." She then offered to let me walk through but everything had already been cleared out. Again, made no sense to me. When I checked in to get settled, I noticed the ironing board was broken, one leg fully detached. I called the hostess for a replacement but she never followed up. There were candy wrappers on the floor next to and behind the night stand. The TV was not properly attached to the wall mount and was leaning forward about 45°. The wireless charging dock had no power cables going to it. Not sure if this was intentional or if someone stole the power cords as it was firmly attached to the night stand."

"Only one luggage cart at a time of full vacancy. Room smelled of smoke. Room small with added furniture, did not look like website pictures. Grounds full of litter. Appears only one pool for at least two hotels. Not convienent to any restaurants. Rom not well maintained. No we would not stay there again"
