"Since we are senior citizens, it was perfect. Our 16 year old was a bit unhappy that he had spotty cell phone service and wi Fi but enjoyed the Buffalo River, hiking, and playing board games in the cabin. Excellent hostess, exceptionally clean, well organized, comfortable and welcoming."

"The desk clerk was pleasant and friendly. Our king room was very clean, with plenty of seating, a large table, mini fridge and microwave. The area around the hotel is very clean with picnic tables and a nice swing for enjoying the outdoors. We also thought the location was perfect, close to restaurants and sight seeing adventures.
Keep in mind it is an older hotel so the rooms interior and design is a bit dated. But, the mattress was great, the shower was good and that’s all we were after. "

"The room was clean and very comfortable. The back porch was pleasant with a great view of the river and the surrounding hills. The area offers many beautiful views and activities and Anglers is a great place to stay and also enjoy the Anglers restaurant and courteous staff. I would definitely stay here again. "
