Left another awful hotel for this one, and was not disappointed. Very on top of cleanliness and kind day staff. Spacious rooms. Tvs aren't really functional or helpful, but it's a clean place to stay if you have events nearby.

Room was clean and decent size, pool was open and quiet, breakfast was good especially the biscuits. Only complaints were the elevator (quite slow for only 3 floors) and a dead animal visible outside (but it was cleaned up after a day). Area isn’t great for beach visits but isn’t a terrible drive either for the money.

The people greeting you when you enter the hotel should be very energetic and cheerful and actually act like they like to see you there. The people that greeted us or we saw sitting there as we walked by many times during the evening and next morning never even raced their head. The breakfast was great. The air conditioners worked fabulous. It was a good place to put your head down and go to sleep not too hard to find a place to eat.

It continental breakfast was pretty good; especially the coffee. The front desk staff and the cleaning crew were all nice. The property was maintained pretty well. I wish the pool time could be longer but I understand why it can’t be in relation to the rooms. It was about a 40 minute drive to rehobath beach.

The breakfast spread was amazing! Hot cinnamon rolls, make your own pancakes, tons of bread options, cereal, eggs, sausage, bacon, oatmeal, yogurt. They pretty much had close to everything! Also, the sweet front desk lady that checked us in was amazing! Had a true genuine conversation with her and it wasn’t forced. She was great! Gave us dinner recommendations that were great for our family of 4.

Breakfast was fresh, all of the staff was nice and helpful. I just wish there were more choices for breakfast, it's nice that they offer turkey bacon and sausage but some people do not like these alternatives.

Room was mostly clean but definitely had a pet odor in it. We had to burn candles to lessen the odor when we were in the room. Had an issue when we had to extend our trip a day because we had used Expedia. We were able to get another reservation and spoke directly to the front desk about staying in the same room and not being disturbed. (This was a working trip and we had been up almost 26 hours which is why we wanted everything set when we got to the hotel to sleep) We were guaranteed everything was set. The next morning housekeeping knocked on our door (waking us up) and then about 30 minutes later the front desk called, waking us up a second time. They apologized, but that isn’t much of a consolation when all you needed was sleep. Parking was great, and staff were nice. The breakfast was also good.

Couldn't have asked for a better stay! We came down for the NASCAR race weekend. The hotel is 30 minutes south of the track and was a very easy commute. The property was immaculate. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was VERY clean. The bed was very comfortable. The free breakfast was great. Plenty of parking, a premium during race weekend. Would DEFINITELY stay here again.
