Staff was ok. The hotel surroundings and access was dirty. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for families. There are a lot of homeless folks in the area and the parking garage is sketchy.

Our 2 rooms were very clean. The beds were comfortable. The breakfast buffet was great, no hot eggs, but everything else. Coffee, tea, and hot water available into the late night.
