"The first thing was as soon as I pulled up the Valet was closed, So I had to park and walk to the Front desk and the staff set a high expectation for me as to the room and the stay. We were given a room on the 20th floor and as soon as we unlocked the door, we were disappointed. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and it was dirty. The carpet had trash and stains on it, the Curtains had holes and stains on them, the Chair at the desk was full of stains. The furniture was chipped up and broken including the cabinet that concealed the Microwave. The outlets by the bed didnt work, the mattresses had stains on them. The room for the Price was a huge turnoff, I will not be returning."

"Very nice hotel. Beds were extremely comfortable and the ladies at the desk both night and morning were very nice and friendly. Will definetly be staying here again next time were in town"

"The manager was so helpful and helped us book an extention to our existing stay, so that there would be no need to switch rooms, like at most hotels. This was a real help to my husband who is traveling for work."

The lobby and guest rooms feature eclectic, well‑designed décor that creates a unique and welcoming atmosphere. The staff was friendly, and both check‑in and check‑out were efficient and straightforward. I look forward to staying here again."

"Older hotel but saved me a lot of money over staying at the casino. The shuttle driver took us over to the casino in 2 minutes and the staff at the front was very nice and helpful. The bed was comfortable and the pool was nice."
