"I have no idea how this place has such high ratings. Although initially the check in clerk was kind and somewhat helpful, my stay at this hostel was disgustingly bad. I opted for a private room which was actually not even close to what the misleading ad boasted. It was very hot with no thermostat to adjust the temperature and it was also very dirty. "First time visiting Chattanooga and staying multiple nights; will be back! LOVED the openness of our apartment stay and all it had to offer. It was so nice having two full bedrooms available as well as two bathrooms AND the full kitchen and family room area with a big couch and additional seating, not even counting the dining room table...was a nice bonus!! Staff was amazing too!!!!"
