Outdoor living takes center stage with a generous patio and an exceptional deck—perfect for soaking in breathtaking sunsets over the water. Whether you’re enjoying morning coffee or gathering for an alfresco meal prepared on the gas grill, these spaces invite you to linger and take in the scenery.

Inside, the home offers living areas on every level, allowing guests to spread out with ease. The lower-level lounge and third-floor loft each feature Smart TVs for flexible entertainment, while the loft also includes a collection of board games for relaxed evenings together. A dedicated desk in the lower living area provides a comfortable work-from-home setup when needed.

The open-concept kitchen is thoughtfully designed and well equipped, featuring a full suite of appliances, abundant cabinetry, and generous counter space anchored by a floating island—ideal for casual meals and shared moments. A full laundry room adds everyday convenience for longer stays.

Three of the four bedrooms include private en suite bathrooms, offering enhanced privacy and comfort for guests. Every detail of the home has been carefully considered to create a calm, welcoming atmosphere.

Ideally located, the retreat places year-round adventure within easy reach, from Silver Mountain Resort and the Coeur d’Alene Resort Golf Course to hiking and fishing in Coeur d’Alene National Forest. Both downtown Coeur d’Alene and downtown Harrison are within a scenic 20-mile drive, offering dining, shopping, and waterfront charm.

Guest Access:

Easy and stress-free arrival instructions will be provided 24 hours in advance, including simple keyless entry instructions for the front door.



The Neighborhood:

Located along Highway 97 near Harrison, this neighborhood delivers expansive lake views and quick access to classic Lake Coeur d’Alene recreation. The setting feels scenic and open, with the water as the main feature and the surrounding shoreline shaping a relaxed pace. Guests love the proximity to marinas and boating culture, plus the ability to reach Harrison easily for dining and supplies. While the highway provides convenient access for day trips, time at the home still feels lake focused and peaceful, especially in the evenings. It is a great fit for travelers who want views, lake time, and easy access to the best of the southern lake corridor.



Getting Around:

Highway 97 makes it easy to reach the Harrison area, nearby marinas, boat launches, and lakeside dining, though walkable services are limited. Guests often plan quick drives for meals and supplies, then spend most of the day enjoying the lake and the views from the property. Boat travel is especially popular in summer and adds a fun way to explore coves and waterfront destinations once you are on the water. Travel time in the area is shaped by scenic shoreline routes rather than distance. As you exit off of the highway to the property, the drive way is steep up to our home and may require 4 wheel drive during winter months. Once at the home, there is parking for 3 vehicles.



Other Things to Note:

Our home has a beautiful view of Lake Coeur d'Alene and our property doesn't provide direct access to the lake.
