Parking was easy. Check in was easy. Room was clean, ice machine worked and air was cold enough. Tv had channels that actually had something on I'd watch. Breakfast was there, juice was warm, they had no extra pillows when I asked.

I want to preface this by saying the staff were very kind. The woman who checked me in was friendly and cheerful- 10/10. Checkout was contactless but I did call to verify they had my key and the man was very polite. The room and building on the other hand, are very outdated and pretty gross. The bedding was terrible- holes and stains. The pillows were flat and had stains. The refrigerator leaked water onto the floor. The bathroom was outdated, tub is at a point it will never be truly clean. The towels were stained and had random hairs in them. We found a few pubes on the floor. I know, it happens. But come on. The lock/ security for the window was a piece of wood. We accidentally booked a smoking room and didn’t pay for the non smoking room upgrade because it felt a little scammy we didn’t really have extra money. The smoke wasn’t the problem, but it does stain and linger. I get it, smoking room, can’t really complain. I know “you get what you paid for” but even poor people deserve a livable experience. It felt like a punishment to stay here. I wouldn’t recommend this unless you absolutely needed shelter and a bed.
