"The room we got was stunning and everything was incredibly clean and well maintained. The only comment I have is that it is not easy to contact the staff. The Spa was closed (at least we weren't able to open it). I tried calling the number provided several times to ask about it, but I never got a response. Finally, the AC unit in our room was turned on and there were no instructions on how to turn it off or anything. I tried calling to ask, but again no answer. We had to turn on the heating...

"For an older hotel in downtown chilliwack. The place is very nice and I got a deal the night I stayed there. Got the big suite with a jacuzzi bath tub. The beds are nice. I will stay here again in the future."

"The room was acceptable enough. The hotel itself is run down and needs a complete reno. But inorder to access the hotsprings you have to stay at this resort. We make the best of it and focus on the relaxation of the pools. The beds are comfy and its quiet at night. The staff are.always friendly and helpful and often go out of their way to help make your stay memorable and comfortable. Its very family friendly and also accepts pets in some rooms.
