"This hotel is well situated, with a reasonably priced multi-story car park just steps away. We did have a slight problem with our first room and the staff went out of their way to resolve the issue. The hotel itself has lovely decor and a luxurious feel. All staff members we met were friendly and professional. We would stay here again."

"We had the most wonderful stay at the Majestic The rooms were clean and spacious, the staff were very helpful and extremely pleasant, we didn’t have time to use the spa but the pool, sauna and steam room were excellent, just the lockers could use some TLC, there was a great choice at breakfast, I particularly enjoyed the poached eggs and again the staff were excellent We will certainly be coming again"

"Hi good comfortable stay though the curtain in the room (145) is almost completely jammed and the pelmet is hanging down on the right hand side. This needs attending to as it keeps the room dark and comfortable to sleep in. parking suggests guests are not the only ones using it, on arrival tea time car park was jammed later much clearer. Breakfast was good staff attentive and helpful"

"Accommodation was great, especially with a dog. Breakfast was great too and I barely needed lunch as I was so full. Only disappointment was evening meal which was pretty average. For example pizza base was hard and cheese was chewy and tasteless. Shame as staff were great. For dog owners a fridge would be helpful too"
