"We enjoyed our stay in this grand older hotel. The staff were excellent and the room was larger than a modern hotel. However being an older hotel it is showing lots of signs of being tired. On the plus side an excellent breakfast and free hotel car parking For what we paid to stay we were very satisfied"

"Slightly hidden reception area but a well located hotel. Traditional ‘style’ hotel that’s had a refurb. Nice bed, spacious room with a big bathroom. Very helpful staff on reception who went out of their way to help. Lots of choice at breakfast (which was reasonably priced)."

"Gorgeous stay in elegant rooms. Perfectly located to access the nicest parts of Harrogate. Staff super friendly and helpful, parking outside, views over the Stray, delicious breakfast, stylish and cosy lounge. Very kindly also gave us a free upgrade which is such a rarity these days. Definitely our first choice in Harrogate."

"From the minute you walk in, you are well looked after. The reception team were extremely friendly and helpful, nothing was too much for them. We had an excellent room over looking the front street, fabulous location, only a 2 minute walk into town. Hotel exceptionally clean and a fabulous breakfast in the morning. Would definitely recommend if you are coming to Harrogate."
