"There was only one dishwashing liquid in the drawer and no washing cloth or tea towel. I went to the office three times to get the products, but they were locked up each time. "

"We are a family of 4 and our stay has been so amazing. The best part is the sauna after a long and tiring day. Kids stayed in the spa as the indoor pool is very cold. We stayed in one of the grand suites and loooovvveeeddddd it. We had everything we needed in that room. "
