"We initially felt unsafe here . This was probably not a fair assessment- it was based on how we felt that day . We did leave the hotel to stay somewhere else as I was feeling anxious. We return the next morning abd the staff had been really worried about us . They had explained that security was very high . We were taken about about how much they cared . "We really enjoyed our stay in Herold’s bay, our host was in touch with us on the lead up to the stay and then met us on the location and helped us with parking, she was very friendly. The room had a wonderful view over the beach and we loved the convenience of the restaurant next door to our stay. It had everything we needed for our night’s stay before heading off to George airport the following morning."
