Went back to the office and was given rm#29. Place wasn't clean. Balls of black hair on the carpet.Dirt in the corners of the bathroom floor. Mildew on the wallpaper up near the ceiling of the shower. Bedside lamp wouldn't work. Want to the office for towels and they kept saying that they didn't know what room we were . Same girl registered us in and they were not busy. Claimed that we were in the new building. The door trim was off and you could see the outside and it's was -16c feeling like -22c. Would never recommend nor will we ever return. "
