"We were put into a disabled access room, so had to move the seat in the 'wetroom' in order to get a shower properly. Also the floor of the wetroom didn't drain fully, so we had to constantly walk through a puddle of water.
Toilet was very dated and the seat didn't fit perfectly, so a slight wobble if you needed to sit down to use!
Staff were fantastic, really helpful and friendly, and this was the reason we would go back.
Breakfast was very busy and had issues finding a free table and chair, however, we were informed the hotel was at full capacity. Buffet breakfast was ok."
