"When we arrived at the hotel, a bellman offered to take our luggage and store it for us as we arrived early and the room wasn't ready. After we placed our items on the rolling cart, gave us a valet ticket to use to retrieve our bags upon our return and he said he might not be there when we returned for our room and held out his hand, asking for a tip. We gave him a tip and when we returned a few hours later, he was there, walked us back to an unfinished room and told us to find our own bags. When we went into our room, it was close to 80 degrees with no way to turn on a fan or change the temperature. We went to use the bathroom and hang a towel on the towel rack and the rack literally fell off the wall. When we called and asked for maintenance to come look at the room to address the temperature, the maintenance staff Said that the whole building was still in heat mode because the whole building had to be switched to air conditioning mode and that there was no option to adjust the temperature and each room. He then proceeded to open our windows and put a box fan in our window to help 'cool' the room. Please keep in mind we're on the 22nd floor and there are no screens in the windows! We are traveling with two children and I have no idea how this is even legal with the tremendous risk a child being able to fall out the window!"

"Stayed for one night for a quick layover and had the worst night ever. The walls were paper thin and loud disco music played outside all night long. The beats were so loud and so strong that it was impossible to sleep. I thought there is a bar next door or across the street. Turns out it is the Hilton's own doing - the hotel blasts club music at its front door 24x7. It makes no sense whatsoever - does management not realize this is a hotel where people sleep and not a night club?! "
