This room and exterior property were totally dirty. Deep cleaning not done. Buildup of dirt and grime. Beds were clean. Exterior property dirty. Howlers being house at hotel and loitering on premises making guests uncomfortable.

I’ve stayed here several times over the past 15 years. The cleanliness and amenities seem to be lacking nowadays. The staff is nice. The price is fair for what you get. I’ll look for something better next time I’m in town.

Terrible place! Dirty surroundings. We felt unsafe the whole time. Pool was green and has chairs thrown in it. There was no breakfast left at 8am. Not even coffee. The room was clean. The concierge was nice.

It was average. Not the nicest but i would stay again. Employees were friendly and helpful. The only thing that I could say that definitely needs to be upgraded are the pillows. They were not comfortable.

Several parts of the room were dirty, there weren't a deskt to work with my laptop, and nobody cleaned my room throughout my 15 days stayed. Bed it's very good, it is comfortable, you got an iron, microwave and a refrigerator.

The staff was fine Whoever Owen’s this property needs to go on a cleaning spree, paint, mow, pick up all the trash, get rid of the roaches. Glad we only spent one night.

AC didn’t work properly had to go get fans to make it comfortable. Shower handle and handle rail broken/missing. Bathroom door knob broken and no lock. Only good thing was very friendly staff

Staff was great. There appeared to be a lot of extended-stay residents. Sidewalks were dirty. The dumpster was overflowing. There were rusty fixtures inside the room. The bedspread did not look clean.

The host at the registration desk was very nice. Was able to check in a little earlier than expected. Room was just cleaned so she mentioned to watch out for wet floors. The bathroom needs attention. The hand bar was broken off from the wall and the rusty metal parts are still there. The toilet seat was sliding around. I fixed the left side but didn't have tools to tighten the right side. The towels were great, very soft. Plenty of hot water and decent pressure. There were some sketchy guests next to my room that were fighting for hours. At one point it went outside and just on the other side of my door. It calmed down around 1AM. I had to get up at 6AM. If someone addressed the screaming and whatever they were doing, I would have rated it higher.

The staff was very nice. The room was dirty, the floors were not mopped, the bathroom vanity was not cleaned. We had to have one of the bed sheets changed because it had not been changed hair all over the bed. The staff came up and changed the bed sheets. Here’s the worst my husband got bitten by a coach roach it was a horrible experience staying here. Nor to mention all the screaming last night outside.

Met minimum requirement

The good: bed was comfortable, shower with hot water, a/c / heat worked, as well as frig. The bad: took 30 minutes to check in, security lock on door was broken, remote for tv was busted, shower had rusty remains of where handicap bar was broken off, light was broken and wire on it looked it had been chewed on, hole in bathroom where door handle had busted it out when opened too hard at some point. I slept, I showered so it met basic needs

Roach Roach and two more Roaches

I didn’t know what I was expecting but arriving at 9:30 PM with no one there was not something. Upon arrival into my room I immediately noticed a roach followed by a second roach in the bathroom followed by waking up at 4 AM to two roaches crawling on my body. The lamps and furniture were old and rusted and a the mirror had a major crack in it but hey the water pressure is good so at least there’s something.

This hotel HAS ROACHES! There were roaches crawling on the wall of the room, across the floor and out of the tub faucet! The coffee pot provided in the room had MOLDY coffee pods in it, and management states there is No Housekeeping provided! This hotel is NOT what is advertised on the Expedia site! There is no free breakfast, not even coffee! There is no pool! There is no water park! The water park mentioned is not attached to the property, it is a 10 min drive away, it is not affiliated with the hotel in any way, and the (surcharge) mentioned is FULL admission, with not even a discount. There should be no mention of this water park in this advertisement except to be listed as "things to do" This is NOT a "hotel with water park"

NEVER!!!

Absolutely disgusting!!!! So horrible that we checked out within 20 minutes of checking in. Reception area was updated. The man that checked us in was pleasant and as accommodating as possible. However the property was not appealing. The room had an overwhelming smell of old and hot pee. The pillows appeared to be filled with news paper. The linen and walls were dingy. Boxspring was looked like it could have been the cause of the urine smell. The tub was stained. There was one surface that we were comfortable placing our bags on, because it was a hard surface. The final straw was the huge spidercricket on the ceiling. The 2 adults and 2 teenagers weren't comfortable enough to sit on anything. We literally stood in the middle of the floor planning other possible accommodations. We went back to the reception area to ask for a refund. The pleasant receptionist offered 2 other rooms which were better than the first one but still not up to par. Unfortunately, we were denied a refund because we booked it via third party. NEVER will/would I stay there nor send my worse enemy to. I wish that our discomfort were not so extreme because we should've taken pictures. Our main objective was to leave.
