Room smelled pleasant like it was clean but not overpowered by chemicals. The facility was nice and clean. Only had one interaction with a staff member at check in and that was pleasant and quick. Would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.

I chose Hampton Inn in Florence because, overall, in the past I have had excellent experiences with this chain.
I was very pleasantly treated to a very beautifully appointed hotel setting, it was also very clean. I saw staff picking up small items or pieces of paper that had been left or dropped by a visitor.
My room itself was very clean and the bed was very comfortable and the room had it's own thermostat so the temperature and whether you wished heat or air could be selected for...

Great quality for a quick stop off the I-95 and close to many choices of restaurants. I book a king suite which had a sitting area and a large bathroom. Room was clean and comfortable. The front desk staff very welcoming and pleasant to talk with.

Hotel was right next to a beautiful memorial park and very easy to get to the civic center. Pool was beautiful even though I didnāt get to use it due to weather.
