"We checked in and went straight to dinner when we returned the TV's wouldn't work. When we asked about it the ONLY person on duty tried getting them fixed but was completely clueless. She said that she would put us in another room but it would take about 30 mins, so we didn't shower or unpack. Almost 2 hours later they finally called and said the room was ready. "I booked a king all they had was a full they said both of them cost the same amount and gave me a full although I booked a king online through Expedia. The pool is dirty. They accused me of stealing the towels and smoking in the room refused to give me my deposit back I will never stay here again."
