"The room was a nice size, yet the cleaners NEVER not once came in to clean the room. I stayed a total of 3 nights, the bed was never made, the garbage was never emptied. One of the cleaners asked if I needed anything, and I just thought that would have meant extra towels. Never thought that I would have to ask them to empty the garbage. The staff at the desk were friendly. When I first went into the room, I noticed the sliding door to the closet and bathroom was stuck and would not close....

"It was a very nice stay"

"Staff was helpful. Room could have been cleaner. Location is right off the highway and very easy access."

"We stayed in the full access handicap room. The carpet is nasty and smells really bad. I felt that we packing that odor in all of our things when leaving. However, I called the desk to report a broken ironing board and it was replaced very fast. The staff was very friendly. They just need to give that room and carpet a good cleaning."

"The staff was great, friendly, helpful. Zero issues with personnel. The property is run down in every way and there is no way to sleep through the night with the constant traffic and trains."

"It was a great place to stay when going to a Clemson football game. The staff was great and the rooms were clean."

I've stayed there 4 times while waiting to relocate. The first 2 times were excellent. I always enjoy the second floor view. And I realize there may not be an a availability all the time. But this was outrageous. Since I was a repeat guest, it should have been waived (at least for one day) One time I asked for second floor and I was told there was...

"The shops were near bye. The staff was good. No complaints"
