"Located a short distance from the railway station and Whitstable harbour, all well signposted. The accomodation located at the end of a quiet cul de sac. Beautifully decorated, very comfortable bed. Great little kitchenette, coffee, tea, milk and biscuits supplied which was much appreciated on our arrival and the prosecco was a pleasant surprise too. Loved the bathroom and shower. Everything you might need for a short stay. I most definitely will be visiting Whitstable again (I have family here)...

"A delightful well equipped upside down house hidden quietly away between main road and the seafront. The two balconies catch the sun during the day and amazing sunsets in the evenings, also small courtyard garden. Excellent restaurants and cafes within walking distance, good bus service to Whitstable, Herne Bay and Canterbury."

"We had a great time at this bungalow. On arrival the accommodation was very clean, everything we needed, lots of quirky things with lots of games for our granddaughters. The bungalow is in a good position for walking if you wish to, also in a beautiful location. We would definitely recommend this accommodation."

"We could not have enjoyed our stay here anymore than we did; we loved everything about Tulip Tree Cottage! We were warmly greeted and access to the property was quick and easy. The cottage has been beautifully renovated and the finish and furnishings throughout were of the highest quality. The cottage is extremely well equipped and nothing was lacking. "Very central for visiting parts of Kent. Caravan very nice, compact but everything you need. Had trouble with Wi-Fi which was sorted by getting a phone number from information office. Two things that would be nice. Gate across steps onto the veranda. Making it secure for children and dogs. Curtain or blind on door leading into the caravan. Plenty of equipment in cupboards. Although the owners of the caravan aren’t to blame for this but, there are very few pathways from where you park and as we...

"This is a beautiful, modern house, spotlessly clean and well-equipped. We visited in December and there were games and a smart TV to keep us entertained in the evenings. Kelly, the owner, was really friendly and helpful throughout. She left a very thoughtful welcome pack of food and drink essentials and was happy to be contacted with questions both before and during our visit. She even posted back items we had left behind. "Wonderful experience apart from two items that might have been helpful to know in advance: parking at a distance due to challenges accessing the property by road; the precipitous stair case which would be a significant challenge to anyone with even slight mobility challenges. However property wonderful; hosts very attentive."

"There was no clear indication of how we accessed the property. Despite trying to communicate with the owner, there was no response. We had to just turn up and hope for the best. Luckily, after getting to the pod, the key was there and the stay was good. It has everything you need and is in a great location. "
