"The apartment was clean although there was a mild musty odor. The furniture was less than shabby chic. Communication with the owner were less than pleasant and professional. We decided to leave the property without staying at all for the above and especially for the neighborhood. There were a number of houses with wrought iron gates, the area in general from when we got close to the property was older houses with most looking not too well cared for.
