"This is by far the nastiest property I have ever had the displeasure of staying at. The room smelled like moldy dogs, there were dead flys everywhere and the mattress cover stains from God knows what. Lucky I was on camping trip so I had river shoes to walk around room, and sleeping bag that I used to sleep on top of covers. I only got the room because of heavy rain storm, If given the choice next time I’ll sleep outside in the rain. At least I know what I’ll be facing. "

"The house and property are southern charm at its best and brightest from the cozy inviting atmosphere of the home to miles of ATV trails and beautiful landscapes of the hay fields. This is the quiet peaceful dog friendly retreat that you didn't know you needed that can be as exciting or as relaxing as you wish. There's chocolate gravy served for breakfast just about a mile down the road as well as home cooked lunches and plenty of essentials in case you forgot or need anything during your visit. Beth is an incredibly friendly host and she really does go that extra country mile to make your experience at Evergreen nothing short of amazing and I will definitely be booking again for years to come."

"The Ranch House was everything the host described and more. This was a last minute 4th of July visit to Lake Quachita for my family. We made our plans at the last minute so searching for lodging was not going well until the Ranch House came across the computer screen. I booked it immediately, luckily my kids and I all had beds, no sharing. It was a great home, extremely clean and the host offered immediate responses to questions as well as suggestions for firework shows. Could not ask for a better get an away. Thank you"
