This 3 bedroom Cape Cod cottage offers central air conditioning, washer/dryer, and a screened sunporch. A quiet street and a short walk to the beaches of Nantucket Sound (only .5 miles away), make this an ideal location. The spacious backyard with patio offers a great space for eating, grilling, and relaxing, as well as an enclosed shower for rinsing off after the beach. You’ll have all you need for a carefree, relaxing getaway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The house was clean and welcoming. Bedrooms small but more than adequate with plenty of closet and drawer space. Kitchen had everything we needed and then some! Screen porch with ceiling fan and fenced yard with grill and comfortable patio furniture were well appreciated. Central air was a lifesaver this sweltering week. Location was ideal for walking, bike riding and accessing several beaches. Would definitely recommend and return!
