Wonderful and friendly and very helpful service

The room was clean and confortable. It had a wonderful view of the mountains and of nature. I highly recommend it. The staff was very helpful, I forgot a personal item, and they were kind enough to send it back right away.

We stayed in one of their tiny houses. It was very clean and nicely decorated. There was a sturdy version of a double-bed bunkbed style, a nice bathroom, a kitchen with a tiny dishwasher, a dining room/sitting area. Plus there was a lovely furnished patio area with each tiny house. Great, simple getaway spot - the staff is especially friendly and really made the stay memorable. Breakfast buffet is delicious.

Was one of the nicest small hotels I've stayed at. the staff was very friendly, the food was exceptional, the surroundings were awesome. Will stay there again soon.

The town of Stolberg is an amazing old town with beautifully maintained Fachwerk buildings. The Gasthaus Kupfer is one of them. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable with remodeled bathrooms. The staff was kind and helpful. I was in the area on business and just happened to find the Gasthaus because of proximity to my meeting. Would like to return for a tour of the area.

Beautiful hotel in a beautiful location.

We had a great time staying for 2 nights in September. The hotel staff are very welcoming and nice, the food was great and fresh. We were not able to book a spa massage since they were full, next time it’s best to order a massage in advance to preserve a spot.

good hotel, good rooms, ideal location, food also good.

Very nice appartment with everything you could need. Nice building with lots of activities for the whole family. The only downside is that theres is a lack of parking spaces because the number of handicap spaces not being used is way too many.

Hotel location is on quiet neighborhood, about 10min walk from village center. Hotel yard areas was under construction, but we were on hotel at weekend so construction works didn't bother us. Room was clean, but it smelled little bit musty. Staff was really friendly and breakfast was plenty enough and really tasty.
