The interface with the Hotel Arbio group was just awful. It took 2.5 hours of phone calls, emails, texts to get the address and entry code. Durch die Etagenbett-Unterbringung konnte man allerdings deutlich sehen, dass mindestens eine der Matratzen von der Unterseite fast vollständig von Schimmelflecken bedeckt ist, und das muss einem Gastgeber auffallen.
