Business Hotel Goto
Definitely the property is showing it's age,but it is a good deal for the money asked for. On the information page saying it is described as a smoke free hotel, but it is in fact a free to smoke hotel. There is an ash tray in the room I stayed......

The breakfast was great. Staff was great. Bath was nice. The room was a little less high quality in terms of finishes than I would expect from a place at this price level. And the dinners were quite disappointing relative to the price level and other meals we had with half board at other ryokans/hotels ...
