"The rooms and hotel are lovely. The staff were very nice and attentive. The only issue is that reception is not manned a lot of the time. So if you can't get into your room or lose your key your have to ring a number, which can be time-consuming"

"We stayed here for 6 days to visit family. We had the suite which was larger than most rooms here. The breakfast was good but that is where the 'good' ended. As most places in Denmark, this was significantly overpriced. There was no air-conditioned, fridge or microwave for a suite room. The pillows were the size of small cushions and we had twin comforters for a queen size bed! The location is about 50 minutes from the main city of Copenhagen and the transit costs alone will set you back significantly, not to mention the inconvenience. Would not recommend if you do not have business in Ringsted. "
