We spent 3 weeks in Europe. The B&B de Oude Winning was by far, and we mean "by far" the best accommodation we had. The service was beyond the best and the accommodations were sparkling clean, modern, and everything was outstanding. We'd go back in a minute and we'd recommend it to anyone.

Everything about this stay was perfect. The staff was very helpful and personable. The room was immaculate. Breakfast was made to order and very good. Tongeren is a lovely, quiet town. A terrific stay.

First impressions were not as expected, fake flowers everywhere, a bar with a kitschy look, a spa with no pool, an outdoor area like a beer garden, it felt a bit like in an amusement park. Bathroom with a bathtub, difficult to step into and very slippery, lots of stairs to climb. True, it is not in the old part of the city but the proximity to the station is very convenient. Drop off your bag and go. The old town is only 5 minuets away and on your way you see (and can stop) old bakeries and other interesting shops. The room was clean and I loved the amenities. “We work” inspired common area...
