The rooms are on the small side but they were clean. The bed was a little too soft for my liking but it was fine for a night. Big up for the staff, whether it was for check in or out, they were super friendly and helpful.

Nice and friendly hotel

The location is perfect, the hotel is clean and quite. The breakfast during week days is not in the hotel but in Radisson Blue just beside of Park Inn.

The hotel was clean. The service was super friendly. We did not use the breakfast or dinner because of the many possibilities in the area itself. You can also do a lot in the area. We did the historical walking route as well as the art route. You are close to the shopping street.

Great Hasselt weekend in Park Inn

We really enjoyed the 2 night stay in Park Inn Hasselt. It's situated right in the city centre, pubs, restaurants and shops are all nearby. The room was good size, clean, nice shower. It also had a small tea/coffee maker. The only thing I didn't really like was a bathroom sliding door, it's a bit noisy.

A terrible experience which I will need to report to Radisson. Only to list a few things, the room was dirty and the towels and other amenities stained unusable. After check in the staff gave the same room to another guest and as a woman I felf very unsafe to have someone Walking in my room at 11pm. Breakfast despite should be available until 1030am was closed at 9am with no warning. All in all despicable to be a Radisson and it has been filmed or photographed

Complicated long transition from room to breakfast etc multiple lifts with long waiting Room had many poorly fitted and finished items. Bed not comfortable with one budget as mall pillow. Previous guests soap bar in shower dish. Shower very poor flow. Air on not working.could go on… but too many to mention

Fine hotel, poor communication

The hotel is fine, but getting in is a bit of a maze. We also received an email the day before telling us we could park on site and they would validate our parking. We came to leave to get parking validated and they said they didn't do that, we have to pay. The fact I had an email from them saying otherwise didn't seem to matter and they showed no concern this email gets sent as standard and had no interest when I suggested changing it. Parking is 17 eu re o a day so not cheap, and I would have parked elsewhere otherwise. We came back from being out on day 2 to find the cleaner had been but had left the door ajar all day, luckily nothing was stolen. I'm sure this isn't common, but wasn't great.

Lors de la réservation j’avais demandé 2 lits simples, j’ai finalement eu un lit double. Impossibilité de me changer de chambre car l’hôtel était complet, ce que je peux comprendre. Mais attendre 3 heures pour qu’on nous apporte un oreiller et une couette afin de dormir sur le canapé je trouve ça un peu limite. L’organisation est à revoir dans cet établissement!

De weg naar park inn by radisson is beetje zoeken niet zo duidelijk op gps gelukkig konden we via hoofdhotel wel binnen. Hotel centraal gelegen superdicht bij de Grote Markt, winkels en cafeetjes. Onze kamer via gemeenschappelijke deur daar zaten 2 kamers daardoor hoorden we goed de andere douchen. Mini koelkast in kamer zou wenselijk zijn. Anders alles aanwezig. De tv voor wie in bed tegen raam heeft is wat moeilijk te zien. Anders wel ideale locatie voor enkele overnachtingen.

Zeer aangenaam personeel

Geboekt voor de nacht na onze bruiloft. Verzoek tot dubbel bed & genoemd welke gelegenheid we vierden die dag. Bij aankomst een upgrade naar het Radisson, maar helaas ineens een kamer met aparte bedden. Het hotel heeft zeer vriendelijk personeel dat dit probeerde op te lossen, helaas was er geen andere kamer beschikbaar. We hebben nadien een gedeeltelijke terugbetaling ontvangen, dat vind ik een nette oplossing.
